Luis Suarez: One Of The Most Completed Forwards
Luis Suarez started his football journey at a small club in his neighborhood named Sportivo Artigas. When he was seven years old, he joined Urreta, where he continued his youth football journey. At a very young age, he had to go through a terrible accident where a car ran over his foot, and his fifth metatarsal bone broke. Still, he continued to play.
Career Start
Surazed started his senior football debut at Nacional, which is a Uruguayan League club. He helped the club to win the League. After that, different teams started to inspect this youngster. One of the clubs was Groningen, where Suarez decided to go in the next season.
Groningen
After going to Groningen, Suarez faced language issues as he could not speak either English or Dutch. He worked really hard, and he started scoring from the beginning. Ajax
