Kylian Mbappe has turned out to be a pipe dream for the Los Blancos. Even after rows of speculations, the French football wiz chose to stay with PSG. Several factors played out in this collapse, and one of the reasons was Jude Bellingham’s transfer to Real Madrid. Officials assumed that Bellingham was set to score a lot of goals, and therefore, Kylian’s transfer could be detrimental to the overall synergy.
On the other hand, Kylian’s contract with PSG has not seemed to change even a little. Kylian is yet to sign a contract extension. After being heavily linked with Kylian, Real Madrid chose to go with Jude Bellingham. Fans thought they would be treated to a double trouble situation, but Madrid seemed to have different ideas about what to do.

In fact, several business insiders like Fabrizio Romano shared their opinions about this trade situation. In a social media post, Romano Said, “When we had the Mbappé & Real Madrid stories in July, I was asking my Real Madrid sources about it but the answer was always the same: ‘Our star signing for this summer is done. It’s Jude Bellingham. He will score a lot of goals & get assists’. So credits to Real Madrid.”
Jude Bellingham was supposed to be an explosive midfielder. But Blancos spent close to 111 million US dollars. As a result, he might have to take up other other responsibilities as well. Meanwhile, other sources suggest that Mbappe would be signed next year.
Whatever may be the reason, Los Blancos fans will not be treated to Mbappe and Bellingham working their magic. Hopefully, next season will bring something new for the fans to pin their hopes on.
