Giannis Antetokounmpo just set the court on fire with his game-high 33 points combined with 65 points with Damian Lillard. Miami Heat entered the game without Jimy Butler and his takeover tactics. As a result, the Bucks seized control of the court and ended the match with a 131-124 scorecard. The Bucks managed to finish the game with an amazing 16-6 run.
The result of the match was not because the Heat was not good. In fact, sports analysts have inferred that Heats had six players in total who scored in double digits. Moreover, players were more efficient with passing and ball distribution. Lastly, the team also demonstrated an efficient three-pointer shooting. Still, the Bucks managed to come out on the top.
Damian Lillard With Bam Adebayo
In a post-game interview, when Damian Lillard was asked about Heat’s Bam Adebayo’s game, the star had some really kind words for the latter. Lillard said, “I’m real close with Bam. After the game, I told him you got better. I always loved his game, but he actually got better. He knows I wouldn’t just say that.”
This bromance is not a new thing. When Lillard was initially asked about Lillard’s preferred trade destination, the veteran agreed that it was Heat. The driving factor behind this statement was a chance to team up with Bam Adebayo.
Adebayo has grown significantly in his game. His phenomenal double-double performance really is one of the talking points from the game. Adebayo managed to secure 11 rebounds and 31 points. Meanwhile, Lillard himself secured 32 points while dishing out 9 assists. Therefore Bam Adebayo has the potential to be one of the best in the NBA.
