The Rams were having a great time after a landslide win against the Arizona Cardinals. But 12 hours later, the police arrested Derion Kendrick in LA. The Law enforcement agencies are yet to confirm the exact reason behind the arrest.
However, according to TMZ’s report, the police arrested the 23-year-old starting cornerback because he violated the traffic.
Things That Escalated:
Well, things were under control when the cops initially stopped Kendrick after he violated the traffic.
However, things escalated when cops found a gun and a bag of marijuana in the car. Police immediately booked Kendrick, who was taken to a holding cell.
According to the records, the law booked Kendrick at around 2:14 a.m. Pacific time. And was kept in the holding cell till 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time.
Further details surrounding the arrest did not come under public view. Moreover, the publicity team of Kendrick as well as the Rams, have kept their mouths shut about it. This is the first-ever arrest of the young player.
But the charges against the player are quite grievous and can escalate to a point of no return.
This will not be the right thing for the Rams, as Deiron Kendrick is one of the biggest contributors to the Rams. So, replacing him at this stage of the league will certainly not be easy for the Rams.
