Bodybuilding is not for the faint-hearted. Many people claim that bodybuilders are not athletes. They are more akin to models. But that is farthest from the truth it has ever been. Imagine preparing for months and even years for a 10-minute slot. During those months of training, bodybuilders have to go through a rigorous regime of exercise and diet. Every exercise needs to be done in a specific way, and every calorie is counted. Even the water intake quantity is something that is heavily monitored.
During this period of rigorous training, everything needs to go perfectly in order to succeed. So, even the smallest of smallest errors can set off a domino effect. Something similar happened with Nick ‘The Mutant’ Walker. In a recent announcement, Nick Walker shared the news that he will sit out the Mr Olympia contest due to an unforeseen hamstring injury.
Is Nick Walker Back?
As soon as the news was released, the bodybuilding community went into an absolute frenzy mode. The 29-year-old bodybuilder is one of the big names in the community right now. So, when he released the statement that he was out of the content, fans lost their mind. But the best news is that Nick is currently in a good stage of recovery.
A recent video of Nick Walker showed that he is currently training his back. The form and tenacity of the bodybuilder suggested that he would be back in the foray of bodybuilding soon enough. As soon as the video got posted, fans started commenting. Some of these comments include “This comeback is going to be ruthless,” and “THE MUTANT will rise once again .. BIGGER and BETTER than EVER!!!”
