Dana White is currently on a fitness journey. He is constantly seen embracing new and improved fitness regimens like his 86-hour water fasting regimen. He took to social media to talk about the regimen and how it is helpful in the long run.
Water fasting is a very popular fitness regimen that several Hollywood stars and athletes have adopted. As a result, this water fasting method is becoming more and more popular among other people as well. The newest athlete who adopted this regime includes UFC fighter Paige Vanzant.
Dehydrating To Live
Dana White, in a recent revelation, claimed that once a doctor gave him around 10 years to live. And this was solely due to his eating habits. As a result, Dana White took the words of advice and went on strict dietary restrictions. And went on to achieve what was deemed to be unachievable for Dana White.
This inspired a lot of other fitness enthusiasts and fighters Paige Vanzant. She recently took the challenge and ended up losing seven to eight pounds. She posted a video of herself undertaking the challenge. The video was captioned, “Over the last three days Austin and I completed a 72 hour fast to kick off the holidays. Parts of it were easy because were used to cutting weight, but parts of it were also extremely hard. We really had to tap into our mental toughness”
She further added that she did not expect any results as she thought it to be nothing more than a gimmick. However, that is not the case, and she lost eight pounds. She even added that she and her husband will try to incorporate fasting more into their fitness regimen from now on.
