MI last faced DC in Sharjah, where they were beaten by DC by four wickets. The MI squad batted first and only managed to score 129 runs. Except for Suryakumar Yadav, none of their hitters reached the 20-run mark. They tried to salvage the situation with batting and pushed the game to the last over, but Shreyas Iyer’s calm effort got DC the victory. Each bowler, except for Kieron Pollard, took a wicket.
RR and MI have played each other 26 times in the history of this competition, with Mumbai Indians winning 13 games and Rajasthan Royals winning 12. For both sides, everything is on the line. A big-margin victory may propel the champion into the semifinals.

Key Players To Look Forward To
Yashasvi Jaiswal: RR’s left-handed batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal starts the innings for the team. So far this season, he has scored 237 runs. He bowled a fantastic inning in the last game and will be wanting to do it again.
Rohit Sharma: Rohit Sharma is the captain of MI, and he is a right-handed batsman of the team. He has already scored 341 runs this season and can contribute to his team’s success with another solid start at today’s match.
Shivam Dube: RR’s Shivam Dube is a left-handed batsman and right-arm medium-pacer. In the previous match, he scored 64 runs. However, it was his smashing 50 that helped RR defeat CSK in the last game.
Jasprit Bumrah: Jasprit Bumrah is MI’s right-handed batsman and right-arm medium-fast bowler. So far this season, he has taken 17 wickets. He will be a solid addition to the MI squad for today’s match.
Trent Boult: Trent Boult is a right-handed batsman and medium-fast bowler of the MI squad. He has taken 12 wickets this season and may seem deadly again with the bowling part in today’s game.
What We Think
Sharjah Cricket Stadium will offer an advantage to pacers throughout the game, and spinners may come in handy in the middle overs. We think RR has a fair chance to win today’s match if they choose to bat first. But, MI can also win it because of their power-packed team members. Let’s hope for the best.
