According to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for the IPL, anyone testing positive for COVID 10 must quarantine for at least ten days and seek advice from local health authorities. At the same time, they have to undergo two negative tests of COVID 19, and then they can play the game.

Now, there is good news for RCB fans! According to media reports on Monday, Devdutt Padikkal, who is a left-handed batsman of RCB, has been tested negative for COVID 19 as per BCCI protocols.
The Franchise said in a report that they are pleased after two constant negative COVID tests of Devdutt Padikkal and thus, joined the team on 7th April.
After announcing this update, the Royal Challengers Bangalore said that the franchise’s medical team was in regular touch to ensure Devdutt Padikkal’s safety and health.
