Everyone thought that the Funk Master would triumph over Suga. However, things hardly go as anticipated in the octagon, and UFC 292 was the proof of that statement.
Most of the UFC community held the opinion that Aljaman Sterling would win the bout against Sean O’Malley, given his record and ability to push through tough fights and the sheer number of titles he holds.
However, the match that was held in TD Garden, Boston, proved to be a whole different ball game that surprised fans and critics alike. In a surprising turn of events, Sean O’Malley silenced everyone, as he ended up being the new Bantamweight champion.

Fans are absolutely ecstatic with this unexpected turn of events. However, Some believe that they see a little bit of Notorious in Suga. Sean O’Maley’s KO of Aljaman Sterling bears a striking resemblance to the McGregor-Aldo match.
In the match, we could see Connor knocking out his opponent Aldo by fiercely striking as the latter lost his stepping. This was eerily similar to what happened in the UFC 292 held in Boston’s TD Garden.
Before the match, fans held a biased opinion. Some even went ahead and posted clippings from the McGregor and Aldo match in an effort to take a jibe at the Helena native. However, irony has its weird way of settling in.
Funnily enough, Suga did finish the match with a KO after an amazing right hook. Following the hook, the Funk Master was seen ‘kissing the canvas.’
This took Funk Master’s fans by surprise, but Suga fans are not letting up for sure. If The match was content, then Twitter was the comment section.
