The last few months have not been easy for Dominik Mysterio. After months of humiliation Mysterio faced, he is finally coming back on his own.
In the last month, this ‘The Judgment Day’ member has won several accolades for his team and has been a good contributor overall. The highlight of this last month of Dominik’s career was the Payback.
But the drama does not end there. In backstage footage shared by the organization, we saw Dominik extending his hands to Jey Uso. Jey Uso quit SmackDown a few weeks back.
However, he made his return to the ring under the RAW banner. Taking advantage of the situation, the 26-year-old tried his hand at charming the WWE Undisputed Tag Team Champion, Jey Uso.
In a video shared by the organization. We could see Dirty Dom empathizing with Uso.
Dom was heard saying, “If you think about it, you come from a broken family, you have no family. Jey, no one likes you, just like no one liked me.”
TJD fans are applauding Dom for his empathy and gesture. Others are not so psyched since they think that this could be another conceited effort by Dom.
Friend Or Foe?
Apart from empathy, Mysterio also offered the younger Uso twin an offer to join the Judgement Day alongside him. Dominik even took a sly dig at Roman Reigns when he said that TJD is a group where everyone is treated equally.
This dramatic show of empathy and a conceited offer came at a very convenient time. Just a few moments before this drama unfolded, Rhea took a scathing dig at The Bloodlines.
She was not mincing her words. She literally called the team stale and said that TJD should be a part of promotional campaigns. Hence, this gesture has divided the wrestling fandom.
While some think this is a great way to wipe the slate clean. Others believe that this is just a conceited effort by TJD to secure Bloodline’s spot.
