Key Players To Look Forward To
Quinton de Kock: Quinton de Kock is a left-handed wicketkeeper-batsman of MI. So far this season, he has scored 251 runs. But he only scored three runs in the last match and will prefer to make up for that now.
Rohit Sharma: The Mumbai Indians are led by skipper Rohit Sharma, who is also the first batsman to open the game. So far this season, he has scored 326 runs. In the previous match against Punjab Kings, he scored 63 runs off 52 balls.
Jasprit Bumrah: Jasprit Bumrah is a medium-fast bowler of MI. So far this season, he has taken 12 wickets. Bumrah is one such fast bowler who has the necessary speed to reverse the ball to maximum effect.
KL Rahul: KL Rahul is one of the best right-handed batsmen of PBKS who also serves as the team’s captain. So far this season, he has blasted 401 runs. In their last match, he scored an undefeated 60 runs.
Mayank Agarwal: Mayank Agarwal is a right-handed batsman for the Punjab Kings who bats first. So far, he has hammered 332 runs. But, during their most recent match, he scored only 25 runs.
Mohammad Shami: Mohammad Shami is a right-arm medium-fast bowler of PBKS alongside being a batsman. So far this season, he has taken 13 wickets. In the most recent match, he took two wickets against Mumbai.
What We Think
As the Sheikh Zayed Stadium is a batting-friendly pitch, the batsmen will have an advantage of scoring huge runs. Since the batting strength of MI is higher than PBKS, they may win the match. But, given their poor performance in the last few games, the stars may also swing in favor of the PBKS.
