It has been approximately two decades since the launching of the on-ice version of the franchise of Vegas. Kraken is ready to face the Vegas Golden Knights.
Knights have already established themselves as one of the top contenders for this season. And this is why Krakens are always compared with the Knights.
Knights began their own quest in the year 2017-18 season and managed to secure a sweet victory last season. Quite unexpectedly. Knights managed to capture their first-ever Stanley Cup Victory last year. This is why the Knight’s prowess usually measures the Krakens.
One City, Two Teams
This is one of those rare rivalries where two teams with the same roots but have different motivators and situations. It’s kind of like Manchester United and Manchester City.
Maybe this is why fans are absolutely ecstatic to witness the two teams clashing with each other on January 1st, the NHL Winter Classic outdoors at T-Mobile Park, followed by a stretch run to the playoffs.
But before the fans can witness the ultimate showdown. Fans are certainly ready for some warm-up match between the two rivals this Tuesday in the T-Mobile Arena.
Both the teams decided to give their all in this warm-up match as it will set the pace and rhythm needed to make it through the season. According to Kraken’s manager Ron Francis, the team is still not ‘clicking on all cylinders,’ but he still hopes that it will change for the better.
