Things heated up at the Bristol Motor Speedway this weekend after a much-anticipated appearance by Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Denny Hamlin’s landslide victory.
Apart from these, racing fans were also treated with a whole range of other activities like Trackside Live show and several other appearances from drivers like Kenny Wallace. All of these managed to keep the excitement high amongst fans of racing.
It was an American weekend, done right. Fans and drivers both seemed to be enjoying their time at the Bristol Motor Speedway. One such driver was Kenny Wallace.
In a recent batch of uploads in the Kenny Wallace Show on Youtube, Wallace seemed to be enjoying his time at the track as he was seen elaborating on his experience at the interactive experience.
He also talked about his experience in meeting the American competitive eater Joey Chestnut. And finally, his much-anticipated return to Bristol Motor Speedway next year.
Bristol Phenomenon
While discussing his experience at Bristol, Kenny said, “I was there. I was at Bristol and I’m gonna tell you why I think Bristol’s back. Because we did the trackside live show and you fans were incredible. You showed up. I mean, it was packed, it was standing room only. I’d have to say we had a couple two thousand people out there.”
Kenny was also reminiscing about his brush with the world champ eater, Joey Chestnut. In a friendly competition with Joey, Kenny challenged him to eat chicken wings.
And as expected, Joey absolutely schooled Wallace into eating chicken wings. Wallace said, “We had Joey Chestnut. Joey was there and of course, he kicked my b**t eating wings, and man, he’s an animal. Joey Chestnut, I mean he can eat and he just inhales the food.”
All in all, it was a great weekend for all the racing fans of America.
