The 52nd match of IPL 2021 will see the clash between the roaring Royal Challengers Bangalore and the striking Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium. Virat Kohli’s boys will be facing Kane Williamson and his teammates for the second time in this IPL. Although the competition seems a bit unfair because SRH is ranked last on the leaderboard, and RCB is ranked 3rd, it will be the deciding match for both the teams as the semifinals are knocking on their doors.
RCB Vs. SRH-The Match Preview
RCB has won 8 of their 12 matches so far, and as Virat Kohli will be the captain of RCB for the last time this year, it looks like he is making the most of it. In their previous match against PBKS, RCB won by 6 runs. While RCB scored a massive run of 164, PBKS could only chase down 158 runs and was defeated by a narrow margin.

SRH, on the other hand, has won only 2 of their 12 games so far, and we can all agree that they have seen better days. In their last match against KKR, they also lost it with a margin of 6 runs. SRH could only score 115 runs, and it took KKR the last over to chase them down.
If we shed light on RCB and SRH only, both teams have played 18 matches against each other in the history of IPL. Surprisingly, SRH won 10 of those matches while RCB won the remaining 8. But, the last time we saw them playing against each other, RCB defeated SRH BY 6 runs.

Key Players To Look Forward To
Glenn Maxwell: He is a right-arm break-off bowler of RCB, and he is also a right-handed batsman of the team. With a smashing score of 407 runs this season, Maxwell will probably dominate the field again with his bat today.
Kane Williamson: Kane Williamson is not only the most skilled batsman on the SRH squad but also he is the team captain. With 235 runs in his name this season, the team will also be expecting a lot from him in today’s game.
Devdutt Padikkal: Devdutt Padikkal is the opening batsman of the RCB squad, and so far, he has scored 349 runs this season. So far, he has been in his best form in all the RCB matches, so it looks like today will be no exception.
Wriddhiman Saha: Wriddhiman Saha is the right-handed batsman and wicket-keeper of the SRH team. He has also been in good form this season, and his 119 runs prove that the team will look forward to him today.
Virat Kohli: Being the captain of a team that has not won IPL a single time, Virat Kohli is indeed doing a good job. He has scored 357 runs so far this season and has improved his form after the IPL resumed.
What We Think
The pitch of today’s match has a batting-friendly surface, so the team who chooses to bat first will have a higher chance of winning the game. As far as our predictions go, RCB has a better chance of winning the match judging by their previous performances. But, SRH also has a good chance of winning if their entire squad comes through.
