In a proper dramatic fashion, Sha’Carri Richardson did not start off well. In fact, she was struggling in the first half of the sprint. During the first half, it felt like Shericka Jackson would emerge as the winner.
However, Richardson picked up her pace and completed the 100-meter race in just under 10.65 seconds. She came like a thunderbolt and took the win home.
Her phenomenal performance won her the title of World Champion. In fact, with her amazing speed, Richardson has broken several records and earned many accolades. In fact, she is currently the world’s fastest woman, a title fit for Sha’Carri Richardson.
At the mere age of 23, Sha’Carri is already breaking old records and setting new ones. After the sprint, Fraser-Pryce held third place with a time of 10.77 seconds.
Sherika Jackson held second place with a time of 10.72 seconds. And the first position was secured by Sha’Carri Richardson with a time of 10.65 seconds.
